Catholic couples from the New Albany Deanery are invited to a special date night featuring Mass, dinner, and a presentation on the “Truth & Beauty of Marriage.” This event is the first in the Three Great Dates series, taking place on Saturday, September 28, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in New Albany. The evening begins with Mass at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. and the presentation afterward. Our featured speaker, Elina S. Holland, MS, will explore current attachment science and discuss how the sacrament can help us find security in our spouse and, ultimately, in God. MSM: Twilight Trek (register by October 6, 2024)

The next deanery-wide Middle School Monthly takes place on Friday, October 11 at Mount St. Francis. Join in the fun of FamJam with an exclusive middle school night hike! We’ll kick things off with a lakeside cookout and yard games. Then as dusk falls, embark on a wild goose chase through the woods of Mount St. Francis. The first group to succeed wins a prize! Register your 6th, 7th, or 8th grader by October 6 at catalystcatholic.org/msm.

Soccer Tournament for Vocations (October 5, 2024)

The Archdiocese of Indianapolis will be hosting a one-day, coed soccer tournament for vocations on Saturday, October 5 at Bishop Simon Bruté College Seminary. Teams will be divided into a minor league (12-15 years old) and a major league (16-18 years old). Registration and tournament rules are are available at heargodscall.com/vocation-soccer-tournament. Each youth and coach is required to register individually online. There is no cost to this tournament, so gather your friends and make plans to participate. 

Torneo de Fútbol por las Vocaciones (5 de octubre de 2024)
La Arquidiócesis de Indianápolis organizará un torneo de fútbol mixto para vocaciones de un día de duración el sábado 5 de octubre en el Bishop Simon Bruté College Seminary. Los equipos se dividirán en una liga menor (de 12 a 15 años) y una liga mayor (de 16 a 18 años). El registro y las reglas del torneo están disponibles en https://heargodscall.com/vocation-soccer-tournament. Cada joven y entrenador debe registrarse individualmente en línea. Este torneo no tiene ningún costo, así que reúne a tus amigos y haz planes para participar.

  • For PDF files: Click the button to open the file in a new tab. If you are using Google Chrome (which we recommend) there is a icon in the top right with an arrow point down. After clicking this, chose a place to save your file. PDF files are best for printing and hanging on a bulletin board, or wherever you advertise your events. Catalyst is happy to provide files printed in color at each month’s networking meeting.

  • For text: If you choose not to use our images in your bulletin, you may copy and paste the text for each event. This will often not include every detail families need, so please be sure to keep the website link and/or contact information for Catalyst so they can contact us.
